Return Policy

Unleashed hosts Third Party Sellers to offer you more options in making your purchases. Third Party Sellers may have Return Policies that differ from Unleashed’s. Please read these policies carefully prior to your purchase.

Third Party Seller Returns and Refunds

When you order from a seller that fulfils and ships its own inventory (also called a third party seller), your return will be sent back to the seller instead of Unleashed. While most sellers offer a return policy equivalent to Unleashed’s, some seller return policies may vary. If different, the respective return policy will be published. You can view the Seller’s return policy before you purchase an item by viewing the Return Policy section of the Seller’s product page. Third party sellers must either provide a return address within Singapore or pay for return shipping to an international address. If a seller does not provide a return address in Singapore or free return shipping to an international address, you may contact Unleashed to seek help with your return. If the order is valued at $100 or more, insure the shipment for the value of the merchandise and ship your return with a signature shipping service. Items valued at over $75 must be returned to the seller with a traceable shipping service. For items below $75, we suggest SingPost Registered Article service. We can’t guarantee that your returned item will be received. If a package doesn’t arrive and you don’t use a traceable method to return or if you refuse the shipment as a method of return, we may not be able to assist you with your refund or exchange.

Unleashed Returns and Refunds (for items sold and fulfilled by Unleashed Private Limited)

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your receipt of the products, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or an exchange. If the item is covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, for prompt assistance please contact the manufacturer directly to organise the return.

To be eligible for a return or exchange within 14 days of your purchase, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

NOTE: In the unlikely event that your return is invalid, our Customer Service will notify you before sending it back to you.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases (See Category-Specific Returns).

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

Category-Specific Returns

Electronics. Electronics purchased from Unleashed that are “dead on arrival,” arrived in damaged condition, or is still in an unopened box can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. Unleashed may test “dead on arrival” returns and impose a customer fee equal to 15% of the product sales price if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product.

Any returned electronic products that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering may result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product.

Hazardous Materials. Hazardous materials, including flammable liquids or gases are not returnable to Unleashed or its vendors/sellers. Contact the manufacturer directly for service, warranty, return, and refund information.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer if you are seeking a return or an exchange within 14 days of your purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted i.e. a restocking fee is applicable

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after the delivery

Restocking Fees (when applicable)

The shipping fee is refunded depending on the reason for the return or cancellation. In the following cases the shipping fee will be refunded:

  • Seller cancels the order
  • Return due to damage/defect
  • Return due to missing items/parts
  • Return due to incorrect/wrong item received

In the following cases the shipping fee will NOT be refunded:

  • Customer cancels the order
  • Customer rejects the parcel at the door
  • Return due to change of mind

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at shoppes@dogsactually.com and send your item to: Unleashed Private Limited, 33 Bishan Street 21 #08-08 Singapore SG 579801.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate (code) will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

To return an item, simply complete the return form online and send your item to: Unleashed Private Limited, 33 Bishan Street 21 #08-08 Singapore SG 579801, using the selected shipping method.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the reason for return is due to:

  • Return due to damage/defect
  • Return due to missing items/parts
  • Return due to incorrect/wrong item received

If the return is due to the above reasons, the cost of return shipping will be included in your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
